Ranya Ku has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in property and casualty. Ranya started their career in 2004 as a Marketing Specialist at DP Insurance, where they focused on new business development. Ranya then joined East West Insurance Services in 2005, where they held various roles, including Commercial Line Account Manager and Production Associate. In these roles, Ranya worked closely with producers to develop production and market strategies for mid to large commercial clients. In 2015, they joined East West Bank as a Vice President and Commercial Line Account Executive. Here, they provided insurance and risk management services to mid to large organizations. Currently, Ranya works at Bolton & Company as the Vice President of Property and Casualty Broker. In this role, they create customized insurance solutions for commercial lines of business, aiming to protect clients' assets and reputations.

Ranya Ku has a solid educational background and extensive certifications in the field of insurance and risk management. Ranya obtained their MBA in Finance & International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX) between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Horticultural Science with a focus on Landscaping Design from the National Chung Hsing University.

In addition to their educational achievements, Ranya has obtained several certifications in the insurance industry. Ranya became a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) in November 2017 through The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Ranya obtained their Licensed Resident Property and Casualty Agent license in Texas in 2007, and a Licensed Resident Insurance Agent and Broker license in California in 2005.
