Davide Gugliotta

Davide Gugliotta serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bolton’s Food & Tri Marine Business Unit, overseeing HR functions for approximately 9,000 employees across five continents and ten plants. Previously held roles at Bolton include Chief Human Resources Officer for the Food Business Unit and HR Director for the International Division, managing HR activities for 16 commercial subsidiaries. Prior to Bolton, Davide was an HR Business Partner at Luxottica, where key responsibilities included corporate staff management and talent acquisition project management. Davide's experience also includes recruitment roles at Ernst & Young and DBM Italia Srl. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Organization and Marketing Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by a Master in HR Specialist from Il Sole 24 Ore.
