Kalpana Bagamane

Kalpana Bagamane currently serves as the Co Director of the European Inclusion Council at The Conference Board, where efforts focus on guiding leaders through significant challenges. Additionally, Kalpana is an Advisory Board Member at Bolton Group and an Independent Consultant specializing in Inclusion, Diversity, and Talent strategy. Membership in European Women on Boards (EWOB) complements a strong background in diversity and inclusion, evident from previous roles such as Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Officer at Kering and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates. Kalpana’s extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Young Presidents' Organization, IMD, and Procter & Gamble, supported by an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
