Karth Whiteside, P.E. has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2016 as an intern at Bolton & Menk, Inc. In 2017, they continued their internship at the same company. During this time, they also worked as a grader at the University of Minnesota Duluth. In 2018, they joined Target as a cart attendant and cashier. They also returned to Bolton & Menk, Inc. as an intern. In 2019, they became a design engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. and later transitioned to a project engineer role. Additionally, they gained experience as a referee at the Shakopee Soccer Association. Their work experience showcases their ability to undertake various roles and responsibilities in engineering, education, and customer service.

Karth Whiteside, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. After completing their degree, they received an Engineer In Training certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in June 2019. In February 2021, Karth obtained a Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I (CFTT) certification from the American Concrete Institute. Finally, in January 2023, they obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID.
