Lindsay DesLauriers has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lindsay started their career at Bolton Valley Resort in 1989, where they held various positions until 1997. In 2010, Lindsay worked as the Program Director at Vermont Family Network, where they managed staff, budgets, and developed sustainable revenue models. In 2012, they became a State Lobbyist for the Vermont Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance and Voices for Vermont's Children, leading the passage of important legislative initiatives. Lindsay then became the Founding State Director of Main Street Alliance of Vermont in 2014, working with small business owners on public policy issues and successfully advocating for paid sick days for all Vermonters. Most recently, they have been the President and CEO of Bolton Valley Resort since 2018, bringing profitability and growth to the ski resort through strategic improvements and development efforts.
Lindsay DesLauriers completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and History at Sarah Lawrence College from 1997 to 2001. Lindsay later pursued a Master of Arts degree in English at the University of Vermont from 2008 to 2010.
