Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has extensive experience in football recruitment and talent identification, currently serving as the Head of Youth Recruitment at Bolton Wanderers Football Club since December 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held positions in talent identification at Leeds United Football Club, the Football Association of Wales, and Everton Football Club, where responsibilities included both national and international management. Additionally, Paul worked in national and international recruitment at Chelsea Football Club and talent identification at Fulham FC, as well as leading local recruitment at Liverpool Football Club in the academy setup.
