Jessica Schuster

Jessica Schuster currently serves as a Member of Consulting Staff at Bolton since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Ohio Department of Insurance from July 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance. Jessica has extensive experience with the State of Ohio, serving in various Human Resources and Talent Management roles from March 2004 to December 2024, successfully enhancing operational capabilities and managing workforce-related projects. Jessica began a professional career as an HR Consultant at Barrett & Associates from November 1999 to December 2002. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Paralegal from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Organizational Communications from The University of Akron.
