Niki Murphy

Niki Murphy is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Bombardier since October 2025. Prior to this role, Niki held the position of Canadian Head of Talent and D&I Country Leader at ABB from February 2020 to October 2025, overseeing a diverse team responsible for various talent functions across multiple divisions. Niki also served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal from June 2021 to May 2023. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Pitney Bowes, where Niki advanced through various roles, specializing in internal mobility and international talent management for Canada and the USA. Earlier career highlights include working as an HR Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Yellow Pages Group. Niki holds a degree in Human Resources Management from McGill University, where Niki also served as a guest lecturer in the same field.
