Tamara Conlin has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. TAMARA has worked in various positions and companies throughout their career. Conlin started their career with an internship at Guppo Cadini, where they gained experience in men's clothing manufacturing. TAMARA then worked at Just Girls & Elizabeth Maar Boutiques as a Manager and Buyer. In 2006, they joined Abercrombie & Fitch as a Senior Merchandising professional. After that, Conlin worked at lululemon athletica, where they served as a Merchandising professional, Global Merchandise Manager, and later became the General Manager of lululemon athletica lab. In 2016, they joined Gap Inc. as the Director of Merchandising. TAMARA then moved on to Parade, where they held several roles, including Head of Product Development + Product Strategy, VP Product, and SVP Product: Merchandising, Design, Planning, and Product Development. Currently, Conlin is serving as the SVP Merchandising & Design at Bombas.
Tamara Conlin has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Penn State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Psychology. TAMARA studied there for four years, completing their degree in 2003. In 2002, they briefly attended The University of Manchester, focusing on the comparative analysis of American, British, and European Media. In 2004, Tamara participated in an Italian Language Immersion program at Centro Linguistico Italiano Alighieri in Florence, Italy. Additionally, in April 2019, they obtained a certification as an RYT 200 from Yoga Alliance.
