Balaji Sreenivasan

Balaji Sreenivasan serves as a Board Member at Bombay Shaving Company since March 2022, while leading the HR function as Executive Vice President for Colgate-Palmolive in India and South Asia since 2005. With an extensive career at Colgate-Palmolive, Balaji has held multiple leadership roles including Human Resources Director for End to End Supply Chain in Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa, and Turkish regions, where strategic HR initiatives supported various business objectives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., and a Management Trainee position at Arvind Mills. Balaji holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, along with completing a Leadership Programme at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
