Caroline Andersson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Caroline started their career as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work Sweden in 2010, and later became a Business Area Manager in Job Coaching. In 2012, they took on the role of Project Manager, overseeing internal IT projects and managing a team of local Project Managers. Caroline then joined IKEA Group in 2016 as a Project Leader, focusing on digital workplace projects.

In 2018, Caroline moved to Bombayworks, where they initially worked as a Digital Project Manager, managing a multisite solution for a client. Caroline later became the Branch Manager and Head of People & Culture, responsible for the performance and engagement of the Malmö branch and leading a team of employees. In 2022, they were promoted to Chief People Officer, overseeing recruitment and supporting the growth of the company.

Caroline also has experience in the education sector, having worked at Kunskapsskolan as a Member of the School Management team and a Team Manager and Pedagogue. Their responsibilities included leading teams, developing strategies, and teaching subjects such as German and Social Science.

Caroline Andersson has a diverse education history. In 2001, they started their academic journey by pursuing a Master's degree in Pedagogics, with a focus on obtaining a Teachers degree, at Malmö University/Lunds University. This program lasted for six years, ending in 2007. After a brief break, they returned to Malmö University in 2010 to study Work Science/Organizational Sociology for a year. In 2016, Caroline attended two different universities: Malmö University and Linnaeus University. At Malmö University, they studied HTML for a short period, while at Linnaeus University, they focused on Project Management. It seems that they did not pursue a specific degree in either of these fields of study.
