Christine B.

Christine B. has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles across various industries. Christine began their career in 1994 as a Training Manager at Caribou Coffee Company, where they trained new employees and provided coaching. Christine then worked as a General Manager at Aveda from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they served as the National Learning & Development Manager at The Body Shop, where they developed and implemented training programs for 300 stores.

In 1999, Christine became the Customer Service Manager at Eve.com, managing customer service operations. Christine then joined Sephora.com in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager, where they improved customer satisfaction and built a strong department. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as the Human Resources Manager, Corporate and Stores at Jessica McClintock, Inc., managing HR for the corporate office and 41 boutique locations.

Christine then joined Banana Republic as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Joie de Vivre Hospitality, serving as a Transitions & Training Specialist and later as the People Services Director for Waterfront Hotel. In these roles, they managed HR functions during property transitions and provided leadership development and change management support.

From 2010 to 2017, Christine worked as an HR Business Partner at Signet, providing HR guidance and resolving employee relations issues for multiple regions and thousands of team members. Currently, they are employed at Bon Appétit Management Company, initially as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager and now as the Regional Human Resources Director.

Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, training and development, and employee relations.

Christine B. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Christine is currently actively pursuing the SPHR certification.
