Eric Bickel has extensive experience in the hospitality and mortgage industries. Since March 2009, Eric has served as a Bartender at Bon Appétit Management Company, where responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and managing various bar operations. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Loan Officer at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. from September 2022 to December 2023, assisting clients in the homeownership process. Additionally, Eric held the position of VP of Mortgage Lending at Rate from April 2021 to September 2022. From April 2011 to March 2013, Eric managed dining and banquet operations at The Olympic Club, overseeing staff and event coordination. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.
