Tobie Westward Milone, MSN, RN has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting as a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in 1998, Tobie then moved to Saint Clare's Health in 2002 where they continued their role as a Registered Nurse until 2018. In 2012, Tobie transitioned to Bon Secours Charity Health System, Inc., taking on roles such as Quality Coordinator, Regional Manager, and ultimately System Director of Quality & Patient Safety in 2018.
Tobie Westward Milone earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Tobie later pursued a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Walden University. Tobie also holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and is a Registered Nurse in New York and New Jersey.

The Bon Secours Charity Health System serves 425,000 in Rockland, Orange, and Sullivan Counties, New York, in Pike County, Pennsylvania, and in Sussex, Passaic, and Bergen Counties, New Jersey. It has a workforce of some 2500 people; plus 800 physicians with staff privileges. It is one of fourteen local systems of the Bon Secours Health System and is co-sponsored by the Sisters of Bon Secours of Marriottsville, Maryland, and the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth, Convent Station, New Jersey.
