Timothy Halstead

Timothy Halstead is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and athletics. Currently serving as the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Omnia Healthcare Group since 2024, Timothy leads quality assessment and risk management programs. In addition, Timothy coaches pole vault at Salem High School under PLYMOUTH-CANTON COMMUNITY SCHOOLS since 2025, focusing on athlete development and goal-setting. Prior roles include Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Corewell Health, where Timothy managed patient safety initiatives, and Practice Manager for various surgical specialties at Henry Ford Allegiance Health, driving strategic planning and operational success. Timothy holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Davenport University and a BS in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University.
