Dwight H. has extensive work experience in the field of radiation oncology. Dwight has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

Starting in 2004, Dwight joined UPMC Shadyside Hospital as the Chairman of Radiation Oncology, a position they held until 2019. During their time there, they oversaw the management of over 35 IMRT and radiosurgical programs and implemented innovative clinical and research initiatives.

In addition to their role at UPMC, Dwight also served as the Director of Oncology at UPMC International from 2004 to 2019. In this position, they worked closely with international partners to ensure quality and excellence in clinical care across multiple countries.

In 2016, Dwight became involved with NRG ONCOLOGY, where they served as the Chair of the Recurrent/Metastatic Working Group and a committee member of the Head & Neck Committee.

Most recently, in 2021, Dwight joined Bon Secours Mercy Health as the System Medical Director for Oncology Services. In this role, they are responsible for developing and supporting a novel, adaptive, and innovative oncology service line strategy.

Dwight H. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Fairfield University in 1991. From 1996 to 2000, Dwight H. attended Jefferson Health for a Radiation Oncology Residency Program. Later on, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Executive from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
