Elton I.

Elton (Tony) I. has extensive experience in data translation and insights advisory roles, currently serving as a Data Translator and Sr Insights Advisor at Bon Secours Mercy Health since January 2022. Simultaneously, Elton teaches computer science courses, including programming and web development, at Columbus State Community College. Prior experience includes positions as a Sr IT Software Development Specialist and Business Intelligence Engineer at Sedgwick, and a Research Assistant at St. Thomas University, where research focused on international student recruitment and human rights. Elton also held the role of Head of Research Operations at The Bridge Center, conducting a significant project in Albania to enhance citizen engagement and governance. Earlier work with the National Democratic Institute involved community outreach and data facilitation programs. Elton holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Mercyhurst University, a Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights from St. Thomas University, and a Bachelor's in Law from See University.
