Erica Egri-Lagrow

Erica Egri-LaGrow serves as the System Director of Strategic Analytics at Bon Secours Mercy Health since November 2021. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at AdventHealth from May 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading teams in strategic planning, market analytics, and developing data warehouses for over 40 acute care facilities. Previous experience also includes senior management roles at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on retail revenue management, and performance improvement positions at Florida Hospital with a focus on clinical and operational enhancements. Erica completed a PhD in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, all from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Minor in Mathematics.
