John Luellen

John Luellen began their work experience in 1996 with Allegheny Health Network, where they served in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program until 1999. In 1998, they joined Heritage Valley Health System as an Emergency Medicine Physician, later transitioning into roles as Vice President & Chief Quality Officer and Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Luellen worked at Heritage Valley Health System until 2018. In the same year, they joined Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they have held various leadership positions, including Market Chief Operating Officer and Market President for Mercy Health Youngstown and Mercy Health Lorain.

John Luellen holds a Master of Public Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University. John also obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Penn State College of Medicine. In addition, John has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology from Westminster College (PA).
