Joseph Mazzawi

Joseph Mazzawi has held various roles in mission integration and campus ministry throughout their career. Joseph currently serves as the VP of Mission at Bon Secours Mercy Health, overseeing different locations. Prior to this, they were the Director of Mission at Bon Secours Richmond and the VP of Mission at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital and Bon Secours Kentucky Health. Before joining Bon Secours, they were the VP of Mission Integration at Catholic Health. Joseph also has experience in campus ministry, including roles at Cornell University and North Carolina State University.

Joseph Mazzawi has a diverse education history. In 2017, they completed a CPE Unit 1 at Sisters of Charity Hospital. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Masters in Divinity at Washington Theological Union. Joseph obtained a B.S in Biological Life Sciences with minors in Biotechnology and Genetics from North Carolina State University from 2001 to 2006. Currently, Joseph is working towards a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in 2022.
