Shannon Nichols

Shannon Nichols is a Clinical Resource Program Manager at Bon Secours Mercy Health since August 2021, where responsibilities include promoting best practices and standards in Clinical Integration. Previously, Shannon held the positions of Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Memorial Health System (IL) from February 2019 to March 2021, managing hospice home health operations. Additional nursing experience includes work as a Registered Nurse at HSHS St. John's Hospital and Memorial Health System, specializing in pre-operative and post-operative care for orthopedic and trauma patients. Prior to a nursing career, Shannon served as a Business Development Manager at Glacial Energy and held marketing and management roles at Marine Bank and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Methodist College, an M.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
