Tom Leeds

Tom Leeds has extensive experience in physician and provider recruitment. Tom began their career in 1995 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center as a Physician Recruitment Coordinator. In 1998, they joined Mercy Health Partners and held various roles, including Director of Medical Staff Recruitment. Since 2019, Tom has been working at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they have held positions such as Director of Physician and Provider Recruitment and System Director of Physician Recruitment. Tom also served as the Interim System VP, Physician Recruitment for a short period in 2019.
