Valerie Clark

Valerie Clark has a strong background in corporate responsibility and internal audit services. Valerie is currently the Director and Corporate Responsibility Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Prior to this role, they worked for 20 years at Bon Secours Health System as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit Services. Before that, they served as the Manager of Internal Audit Services at Langley Federal Credit Union. Valerie started their career as a Senior Auditor at Alliance for Audited Media, where they worked for four years.

Valerie Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Valerie has also pursued an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica University. In addition, Valerie has obtained multiple certifications including CBCLA from DRI International, CBM from The Association of Professionals in Business Management, CCSA from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., CIA from The Institute of Internal Auditors, CISA and CRISC from Information Systems Audit & Control Association, and CRMA from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
