Andrea Person

Andrea Person serves as the director of Youth and Family Services for Bon Secours Community Works. Born in West Baltimore’s Sandown-Winchester Community, Ms. Person possesses extensive knowledge and experience in managing health systems, identifying and addressing systematic issues as well as developing community partnerships that enhances programs and services. In her previous roles she served as Director of Health Services for the Y in Central Maryland Head Start Programs where she was responsible for health, mental health and disability services outcomes for children in three Head Start regions. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from the University of Maryland, College Park, a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Kaplan University. In 2017, Andrea received the NCADD Maryland Teurk Conference Outstanding Service Award. She is also an active member of the Sandtown-Winchester Senior Center board of directors and the mother of two beautiful daughters.
