Nicolas Morin-Forest is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in sustainable agriculture and marketing. As Co-Founder and CEO of GOURMEY since April 2019, Nicolas leads the creation of sustainable cultivated meat products. Nicolas also serves as an investor at Bon Vivant and an advisor at Agriculture Cellulaire France. Previous roles include Head of Content and Marketing Manager at Holidog, where Nicolas founded and edited the digital media brand. In earlier positions, Nicolas worked as an International Product Manager at L'Oréal/Vichy, copywriter for Greenpeace France, and project lead at ASCONA, promoting sustainable practices. Educationally, Nicolas holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Sciences Po.
