Anders Karstensson

Anders Karstensson has over 25 years of experience in production management and engineering. Anders is currently the CTO & SVP of Operations at Bona, a Swedish company that manufactures and sells environmentally friendly products for the wooden floor finishing industry. Anders previously worked as a production manager at Pharmacia AB, a Swedish pharmaceutical company, and as a quality engineer at Tetra Pak, a Swedish food packaging company. Anders has also worked as a process engineer at Perstorp AB, a Swedish chemical company.

Anders Karstensson has a Lead auditor certification from Canea in Quality management systems auditing. Anders also has an Executive Certificate Silf from Silf Competence in Strategic planning, Supply chain management and Human resource management. In addition, they have a Fire safety at work certification from the Confederation of Fire Protection Association (Europe). Furthermore, they have an Industrial pharmacy certification from Uppsala University in the field of Industrial pharmacy. Additionally, they have a Quality assurance in Pharmaceutical Industry certification from Uppsala University in the field of Quality assurance in Pharmaceutical Industry. Lastly, they have a Master of science in Chemical engineering from Lund University in the Faculty of Engineering.
