Jay McDonald

Jay McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jay began their career in 2003 as a Key Account Manager at NULIFE NORTH AMERICA, where they held the position until 2008. Following this, they joined FRANK T.ROSS & SONS LTD. in 2008 as a National Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing business plans, managing client relationships, and negotiating new product listings. After seven years with the company, they moved on to Bona in 2015. At Bona, they started as a National Account Manager for the Retail Division in Canada, managing accounts such as Home Depot, Rona, and Walmart. In 2021, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager- Canada. Jay has an extensive background in sales, account management, and business development.

Jay McDonald obtained a Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Centennial College between 1999 and 2002. In 2021, they earned an Ecommerce and Online Business Management Certificate from the University of Toronto.
