Richard Long is currently serving as a Manager at The Bonadio Group, where Richard develops strong client relationships and provides accounting, tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions. Prior to this role, Richard worked as Head Bartender at Bourbon & Burger Co., overseeing operations and managing inventory. Additionally, Richard co-owned Casa Del Taco, where Richard supervised daily operations, managed personnel, and handled financial duties. Richard also served as a Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, leading a 16-man squad during deployment to Afghanistan. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Genesee Community College.
