Salma Fathalla, ASQ CQA

Salma Fathalla, ASQ CQA, has a long and varied work experience. Salma began their career in 2008 as a Necropsy Technician at Huntingdon Life Sciences. In 2009, they held a position as a District Manager at Arbonne International and an Associate Scientist at Schering-Plough/Merck. In 2010, they worked as a Biotechnology at DPT Laboratories. In 2013, they were a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager at Universal Nutrition. From 2014-2016, they were a Manager, Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Reliance Vitamin. Finally, they were a Senior Director, Quality and Regulatory and a Director, Quality Assurance at Bonafide Health from 2016-present.

Salma Fathalla has an extensive educational background. Salma obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Monmouth University in 2007. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Biology, General from Georgian Court University. Salma also attended JMHS and Weichert real estate school, where they obtained a Real Estate degree. Additionally, they obtained an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2020 and is currently working towards a PCQI certification from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
