Sid Srivastava

Sid Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sid started their career as a Co-ordinator/Conveyer at Encore 2012, an annual national-level inter-college cultural and technical fest. Sid then worked as a Content Developer and Marketing professional at Mindworkzz.

From 2013 to 2014, Sid worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed project delivery and led a team in designing, creating, testing, and maintaining a website. Sid also worked as a Database Administrator, where they designed and modeled MS SQL databases and ensured deliverables conformed to quality assurance processes.

Sid then joined ZS Associates as a Technology Analyst from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they managed projects for pharmaceutical clients, led a team in designing and maintaining Oracle databases, and collaborated with solution architects for data management, ETL, and reports. Sid also worked on providing reporting solutions on MicroStrategy in the medical devices sales domain.

From 2015 to 2016, Sid worked as a Research Programmer at Washington State University. Here, they gathered requirements, analyzed energy needs, and designed a Smartphone App for Energy Sustainability. Sid oversaw the implementation and management of security policies and evaluated the application's functioning, making recommendations for change.

Sid then had two roles at Puget Sound Energy in 2016. First, as an Enterprise Data Intern, they automated database queries and email dispatching through job scheduling on SAP HANA. Sid also created KPI reports and dashboards for SQL and Oracle environments. Later, as an IT Architect Analyst, Sid improved operational efficiency and performance by implementing new measures and providing real-time cost estimation and inventory updates within the SAP ecosystem.

In 2017, Sid joined Micron Technology as a Data Engineer. Sid initially served as an Analytics Solutions Architect, leading a team in delivering reporting solutions and implementing data mining and machine learning algorithms. Sid also collaborated with internal stakeholders to build a logistics platform. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Lead Data Engineer, leading project planning, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing financial systems migration.

From 2021 to 2022, Sid worked as a Data Engineer Lead at GRIN, a fast-growth SaaS startup. Sid spearheaded project management, coordinated with JIRA and GitLab, and ensured timely delivery of SLAs to multiple business partners and vendors.

Sid's most recent work experience is at Bonafide Health, where they served as a Senior Lead Data Engineer from 2023. In this role, they led a team of analysts, managed project delivery using Agile methodologies, and developed and maintained robust, scalable data pipelines.

Sid Srivastava has a diverse education history. Sid obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology between 2009 and 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Washington State University from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are enrolled at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where they are expected to complete an Executive MBA program between 2021 and 2023.
