Chief of People at Bonami

Regina Kluchová has extensive work experience in human resources and people management roles. Regina currently holds the position of Chief of People at Bonami since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Lead as a Freelancer starting from January 2017. From June 2019 to August 2020, Regina served as the Group Head of People & Culture at Ezpada Group. Regina was also the Project Lead for Talent Acquisition at Asahi Europe & International from February 2017 to June 2019. Before that, Regina was an HR Business Partner at MSD from October 2014 to November 2016, where they supported the company's growth and onboarding initiatives. In addition, they worked as an HR Manager at Kantar from August 2013 to September 2014.

Regina Kluchová obtained a Master's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Cevro Institute, Prague in the years 2022-2023. Prior to that, they earned a BSc. and MSc. in Sociology from Charles University from 2006 to 2014. Furthermore, in 2012, Regina attended the University of New Orleans' Faculty of Liberal Arts, and in 2010-2011, they studied at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioral Science. Regina also participated in the Leadership exCHANGE: Global Leadership Programs in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Regina achieved various professional qualifications. These include completing courses in cross-team collaboration at ODYSSEYcz, mentor training at Femme Palette, feedback and developmental discussion for managers at ODYSSEYcz, remote management at FLEXJOBS CZ, meaningful and clear communication with Simona Šašková, six weeks of positive intelligence training with Positive Intelligence, Inc., personality and ability assessment course with SHL, MS Excel 2016 tips and tricks level 2 at Gopas, and PRINCE2® Introduction with TAYLLOR & COX. The certifications span from 2018 to 2023, indicating Regina's commitment to continuous professional development.
