Jasper Wouters is a seasoned professional with expertise in environmental policy, specifically air quality management within the Flemish and European contexts. Currently serving as a Netwerkmedewerker beleid at Bond Beter Leefmilieu since September 2021, Jasper has contributed to various projects aimed at enhancing regional and local air quality. With over a decade of experience as a Policy advisor for the Vlaamse Overheid since October 2008, Jasper possesses in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations across industries, agriculture, and households. Previous experience as a Scientific Collaborator at INBO enriched Jasper’s skills in policy consultation, evaluation, and the application of statistical methods. Jasper holds a degree in Bio-Engineering from Ghent University, completed in 2005.
