James Dinardi

James Dinardi has a strong background in finance and administration. James started their career at Shawmut Design and Construction where they held various roles including Project Accountant and A/P Supervisor. James then moved on to Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. where they served as Controller, V.P. Finance and Administration, and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. James later joined JF White Contracting Co as their Chief Financial Officer before joining BOND Building Construction as Chief Financial Officer and Building Division-CFO.

James Dinardi has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Saint Leo University. James also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University. In terms of additional certifications, James obtained the following:

- In August 2020, they became a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).

- In February 2017, they received the certification of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from ICCIFP.

- Lastly, in July 2023, they completed the course on Data Leadership: Transforming the Corporation’s Operations, Management, and Mindset to Leverage Data, AI, and Cloud Computing offered by MIT Professional Education.
