Timothy Peer, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of district energy and power generation. Timothy started their career at Cornell University, where they began as a chilled water plant operator/mechanic and later held roles as a Utilities Engineer and Sr. Utilities Engineer. In 2013, they joined CHA Consulting as an Associate Vice President, responsible for leading the District Energy, Power & Thermal Generation submarket and serving as a Senior Project Manager. In 2016, Timothy became the Vice President of District Energy at BOND Building Construction, where they are in charge of developing integrated solutions for district energy projects and overseeing the growth of the company's power and energy business unit. Prior to their career in engineering, Timothy served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

Timothy Peer, P.E., holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Engineering from Cornell University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995.
