Tom Baillie

Tom Baillie, who served as the President Emeritus at BOND Civil & Utility Construction, currently works in business development consulting. Prior to this role, Tom was the Executive Vice President at Bond Brothers for over two decades. Tom holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
