Zac Marius

Human Resources Director at Bond Clinic P.A.

Zac Marius has diverse work experience in various industries. Zac began their career as a Camp Counselor at A.D. Henderson University School & FAU High School from August 2015 to May 2017. In 2017, they became a Co-Owner of Safe and Sound Child Care & Early Learning Center, where they later assumed the role of Assistant Director (Talent Management) from August 2013 to September 2020. At Safe and Sound, they were responsible for employee engagement, performance, and policy implementation.

In January 2021, Zac had a unique opportunity to perform as a Super Bowl Halftime Performer with The Weeknd during Super Bowl LV. Zac meticulously studied and practiced dance moves to harmonize their body movements with the musical accompaniment.

Moving forward, Zac joined Bond Clinic P.A. in September 2020 as an Interview Coordinator before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in November 2021.

Currently, Zac is also involved with Theatre Winter Haven Inc as a Show Director since August 2022, and they serve as a Board Member starting from August 2023.

Zac Marius has a diverse education history. Zac obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Liberty University in 2019. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, Zac studied Ergonomics at the University of Central Florida. In 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Zac started their education at Polk State College in 2013, where they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Zac also obtained their high school diploma from Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School in the same year. Before attending college, Zac studied Theatre at Lois Cowles Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts from 2011 to 2013. Moreover, Zac has additional certifications in CPR/First-Aid obtained from the American Red Cross Greater Palm Beach Area Chapter in March 2019 and Florida Department of Children and Families Child Care obtained in December 2013 from Florida Department of Children and Families.
