Stella Coulter

Stella Coulter serves as the Director of Fashion & Beauty at BOND Creative MGMT since November 2021, where responsibilities include management consulting and executive search projects for clients in the Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle sectors. Stella leads research and strategy development to drive innovation and growth, while also sourcing talent for various roles within the industry. Previous experience includes roles as a Search Consultant and Project Manager at Nanushka, and as Executive Director of St Andrews Charity Fashion Show, where Stella directed a committee focused on sustainability in fashion. Additionally, Stella has held finance and modeling positions within the student-run organization, alongside working in partnerships and development at DORÉ and Thélios. Stella holds a Master of Arts (Honours) in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
