Audrey L. Faw

Audrey began her career in commercial litigation and has since expanded her practice to include commercial and residential real estate, probate litigation, and trust and estate practices. As a litigator, Audrey primarily handles matters involving business disputes and is an accomplished legal writer. Audrey is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and has served as lead trial counsel in a federal civil trial.

In her real estate practice, Audrey works with both commercial and residential sellers and purchasers, advising them from contract to closing and in providing real estate settlement services. With her litigation background, Audrey also has experience navigating pre-litigation disputes in the context of real estate closings.

Audrey serves as Deputy Managing Member of Bond’s West Palm Beach office. Prior to joining Bond, Audrey was a partner at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid, where she started her legal career following law school.
