Chris is a labor and employment law attorney with substantial experience in the area of collective bargaining and public sector labor and employment law.

He represents public and private sector employers in Long Island and Westchester County in all matters related to collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, improper practice charges, administrative proceedings (PERB, EEOC, N.Y.S. Division of Human Rights), disciplinary hearings, workplace investigations and employment litigation.

Chris regularly counsels public employers in matters involving New York's Taylor Law, New York General Municipal Law Sections 207-a and 207-c and New York Civil Service Law Sections 71, 72, 73 and 75, as well as both private and public sector employers in a variety of employment-related matters, including individual employment contracts, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the New York Human Rights Law.
