Louise Parsons

Louise Parsons currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Service Quality at Bond University since January 2020, while also holding the position of Associate Professor. Parsons is actively involved in various memberships and roles, including Director of the Bond University National High School Competition and participation in the Academic Committee of the Banking and Financial Services Law Association, as well as the Centre for Professional Legal Education. Previously, Parsons was a Senior Counsel at the South African Reserve Bank from January 1995 to December 2005. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused on the financial stability mandate of the Reserve Bank of Australia from Bond University, supplemented by multiple degrees from the University of Pretoria and the University of South Africa.
