Jacqui Bradler

Jacqui Bradler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jacqui started their career at BHP in 1999, where they worked in the Drilling team and Facilities Management team. After that, they worked at Hudson Global as a Recruitment Team Coordinator and then joined Manhattan Group as a National Recruitment Executive. In 2006, they joined RACV as a Human Resources Specialist, where they provided employment and HR advisory services to the Club & Resorts division, leading significant HR projects and successfully managing property openings. Later, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Absolute Care & Health and as a Recruitment/HR professional at State Trustees on a short-term contract. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a self-employed Human Resources Business Partner/Director, offering external HR consultancy services and playing a significant role in building the HR and recruitment team at Bondi Sands, a global brand. Currently, Jacqui holds the position of Chief People Officer at Bondi Sands since 2020.

Jacqui Bradler has a Bachelor of Business degree from Victoria University, with a major in Marketing and Hotel Management. Jacqui also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, specializing in Human Resources Management.
