James Douglas Jr.

James Douglas Jr., MS., RMFTI, RMHCI, AAC(WA) is an experienced individual who works as an ADHD Coach and Consultant at Mindful ADHD. James is also a Member on the Board of Directors at Inattentive ADHD Coalition and Black Health Commission. Additionally, James serves as a Parent Ambassador at Bonding Health and holds various other roles such as a Mental Health Coach at Therify, a Mental Health Educator at Recover - Treatment Made Simple, and an ADHD Coach at Shimmer. With a strong educational background including a Masters of Science in Clinical mental health and marriage, couple, family counseling, James is dedicated to providing support and guidance in the mental health and ADHD community.
