Erin Russell, SHRM-CP has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Erin began their career as an Account Coordinator at Matter Communications in 2007. In 2008, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Dwell Media. In 2009, they began working as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Afar Media. In 2010, they were a House Tour Contributor at Re-Nest.com at Apartment Therapy. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Manager at The Wilder Companies. In 2021, they became a Strategic HR Consultant at Danforth Advisors. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at BondLink.

Erin Russell, SHRM-CP received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gordon College in 2004. In June 2017, they earned their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
