Halina Mugame

Halina Mugame is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Bondora since August 2025. Prior to this role, Halina held several positions at Pipedrive from November 2019 to June 2025, including Head of Design, Group Design Manager, and Product Design Manager. Halina was a User Experience Designer and co-starter at VIVITA Creativity Accelerator for Children & Youth from March 2018 to November 2019, where the focus was on fostering creativity in children. Additional experience includes research and teaching roles at the Estonian Academy of Arts, user experience design at Pocosys and Perforce JRebel, and interaction design at Trinidad Wiseman. Earlier career experience includes project management at Skype and time spent traveling while working various low-skill jobs. Halina possesses a postgraduate degree in Digital Experience Design from Hyper Island and has participated in courses at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and Tallinn University.
