William Demjen

William Demjen is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at BONDST since March 2022, William oversees daily operations of a multi-floor restaurant, including building services and financial reporting. Previous roles include Cocktail Lounge Manager, where William ensured exceptional service by training a team of servers and bartenders. As a Managing Consultant for a Hospitality Tech Start-Up since December 2019, William advises the CEO on financial decisions and cash flow management. Additionally, William held the position of General Manager at Mother Duck from March 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included hiring and training a staff of 35 in a high-volume environment.
