Violetta Binasheva

Violetta Binasheva is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as HRBP Topline & IT RU / HR Lead CIS at Bonduelle since May 2018. In this role, Violetta supports sales, marketing, and IT teams across Russia and the CIS. Violetta has previously held various positions at Bonduelle, including Talent Acquisition Manager and HRBP, managing recruitment and employer branding across multiple Eurasia markets. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Sourcing Advisor, as well as a Senior Researcher at The Russian Connection, where expertise in candidate selection for major international companies was developed. Violetta's educational background includes a degree in Civil Law from the National Research University Higher School of Economics and a course in Human Resources Management from the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation.
