Massimo Sarti has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and management. Massimo currently serves as the Group Strategic Marketing & Communication Director at Bonfiglioli since September 2016. Prior to that, they held various positions at the same company including General Manager of the Business Unit for Photovoltaic Energy Conversion Systems from April 2011 to July 2016, General Manager of the Business Unit for Industrial Products & Photovoltaic Energy Conversion Systems from June 2008 to March 2011, and Strategy & Communication Marketing Manager from January 1997 to May 2008. Before joining Bonfiglioli, they worked at Vimo S.r.l as an R&D employee from 1988 to 1989. Throughout their career, Massimo has also held positions as an Area Sales Manager, Application Engineering, and R&D.
Massimo Sarti holds a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Aldini Valeriani, obtained in 1985. In 1996, they attended Infor Scuola di Formazione SpA, where they studied Strategic & Operative Marketing. In 2005, they furthered their education at Profingest Business School in Business Administration and Management. In 2011, they attended the Porsche Akademie for Lean Management. Lastly, in 2016, they completed the Advance Management Program at IESE Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
