Eric Bond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in support services, customer service, and food preparation. Currently serving as Team Lead - Support Services at Euna Solutions since March 2022, Eric has previously held positions such as Client Support Agent and Academic Application Coordinator at ApplyBoard. Eric's earlier roles include Lead Hand and Machine Operator at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, as well as Customer Service Representative at Cineplex Entertainment, where effective guest assistance and problem-solving skills were demonstrated. With a strong foundation in hospitality from positions at Wild Orchid Restaurant and Montana's Cookhouse Restaurant, Eric also has experience as a Member Care Counsellor at CAA South Central Ontario, focusing on member service and loyalty. Eric holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business and is a CFA Level II candidate.
