Erica Roche, MNM, currently works as the Senior Manager of Program Experience at Bonfire since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Program Development Specialist at Lions Clubs International, where Erica developed a monthly Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program and improved department efficiency through updated processes. As a Program Development Specialist at Lions Clubs International, Erica managed several programs, including the Youth Camps and Exchange, achieving significant increases in participation and developing essential legal compliance processes. Previous roles also include Executive Director and Outreach Director at InTransit Empowerment Project, where Erica established a Board of Directors and enhanced organizational efficiency. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in French and Global Studies from North Central College.
