Odessa Jenkins

Odessa Jenkins has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Odessa is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Bonfire, a position they have held since 2023. In 2018, they founded the womensnationalfootballconference (WNFC), a highly competitive women's football league focused on empowering women and girls through the power of football.

Before their current roles, Odessa served as the President of Emtrain from 2021 to 2023. Emtrain is a SaaS business that offers online compliance training and analytics to improve workplace culture. Odessa also worked as the Vice President of Client Success Group (Corporations) at YourCause.com from 2014 to 2020, where they helped socially responsible companies manage their employee giving and volunteering programs.

Prior to that, Odessa held leadership positions at Express Scripts, a healthcare management company, from 2006 to 2014. Odessa served as the Director of Account Management Services and later as the Sr. Manager for National Accounts. Odessa'sresponsibilities included ensuring service delivery and operational excellence for large national clients.

Additionally, Odessa has experience in banking and recruitment. Odessa worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo from 2004 to 2006, where they focused on client management and recruitment strategies. Odessa also worked as an Assistant Basketball Coach at California Polytechnic State University from 2002 to 2004.

Odessa Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Odessa attended the university from 1998 to 2002. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
